Nouvelle Women’s Health operates under a membership-based direct care “concierge” model. This membership covers all of Dr. Bolger’s physician services for one year, with no need for insurance billing. The concierge medical care model allows us to provide what we call the “best medicine.” To us, the “best medicine” means:

Delivering accurate, science-backed information that is endorsed by experts in our field.

Spending dedicated time with each patient, actively listening to their concerns, and thoroughly explaining conditions, risks, and benefits of various care plans and treatments.
Ensuring that patients leave with a clear understanding of their health, the available options, and the best path forward for their care.
Providing exceptional care in a setting that is both comfortable and inviting, making healthcare a positive and reassuring experience.
Establishing accessible communication methods so that patients may easily contact their doctor in between appointments when questions/concerns arise.

Our Membership Model

One annual fee covers all of the time, access, services and advice our office provides over the course of 12 months:

-An initial/annual visit is scheduled for 2 hours; follow-up visits are typically 30-60 minutes in length.

-Enrolled patients have access to a HIPAA-compliant phone app that allows for easy and direct text/phone communication with our office.

A $250 enrollment deposit is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. This fee is applied toward your Annual Fee and is refundable unless cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours' notice.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

Comprehensive Annual Exam: the consultation and discussion take place in a comfortable lounge setting and will cover

Review of health conditions, surgeries, family history, and medications
Gynecologic symptoms and any necessary evaluations
Routine health screening
Breast health risk assessment and screening recommendations
Colorectal cancer risk assessment and screening recommendations
Cardiovascular health risk assessment and screening recommendations
Bone health risk assessment and screening recommendations
Urinary tract/pelvic floor health assessment

A physical examination will subsequently take place in a medical examination room, where warm cloth robes and blankets will be provided for your comfort.
Easy Access to Your Physician: enjoy direct communication with Dr. Bolger and easy access to appointments.

Unlimited problem visits and procedures including concerns related to the scope of gynecological practice, such as:
- Urinary tract symptoms
- Vulvar and vaginal symptoms
- Painful sex
- Abnormal uterine bleeding
- Hot flashes/night sweats
- Peri and menopausal symptoms
- Lower abdominal/pelvic pain
- Breast symptoms
- Mood disorders
Labs that are ordered by Dr Bolger will be billed to patient’s insurance by HealthLab (or other laboratory if preferred by patient)
Imaging studies ordered will also be billed to insurance by the performing institution
These visits can be conducted via Telemedicine or telephone platforms when applicable

Yes! Your labs and imaging will be billed to your insurance provider. Additionally, insurance covers emergency room visits, hospital-based care, surgeries, medications and specialist visits
In a potentially life-threatening emergency, one should always call 911. However, Dr Bolger will always accept emergent/urgent phone calls. She can triage the situation and determine the best course of action.
While there is no defined age limit, we encourage patients to have completed their families as Dr Bolger no longer provides obstetric care.
